dear mr. facemire their was 29 miners that had died in the massey coal mine explosion but one is still alive. i think their was still something that could have been done but i dont know that for sure.

methane and hydrogene caused the explosion if that wasn't in the mine it wouldn't of exploded. BY: ELI D.

ReplyDeleteI heard of the mine blowwing up becuase of the gases and fuises. I think we could keep our miners safe by taking underground dirt samples.

ReplyDeleteI feel that we could have prevented all of our mine disasters. We need to do a check before every dangerous thing we try to perform in the mines. For example when methane and hydrgine caused the UBB mine disaster that could have definitly been prevented. Just think of all the lives it would save.
