I don’t think everyone should have a second chance, because we wouldn’t learn from our mistakes if we always did. If we didn’t learn from our mistakes then our world would be HXXX. If I knew a person who really didn’t make mistakes very often then yeah I would grant them a second chance.

Under some circumstances people do deserve to get a second chance, but we learn from our mistakes. Therefore we need to learn the lesson that needs to be learned and move on.
ReplyDeleteIt mostly depends on how bad they did and how many times they did it , But I know I would like a second when i did something wrong so I could be trusted and prove to them I Can Do it. Everybody makes mistakes.

Yes I think people deserves second chances. If people did not have second chances the world will not get that far. Most people would be dead.this is why people deserves second chances, how would you feel if you did not get a second chance think about that.

ReplyDeleteI think people do deserve a second chance but it all depends on what that person did. If it was murder or assault with a deadly weapon - I say send them to prison. If it was burning down someone’s house - I say send them to prison. If it was a robbery and no one got hurt or killed – I say give them a second chance. If it was a fight, break in, or speeding – I say give them a second chance. If they was nice, truthful, respectful, and kind about it - I say give them a second.

Plaxico Burress was put in jail for shooting hiself in the leg. He did two years in prison over protection. But we don’t beleive in second chances. But ever body said big ben didn’t sexul assult that 17 year old girl. But some of these people in america don’t beleive in second chances. When everybody went out of their way to help big ben. People should get second chances.

ReplyDeleteNo, its not worth signing Burress because of his skill. After coming out of prison, you aren't keeping up in shape as much. So, he might be average for a year and then fizzle out. Look at Vick, he got all hit and ruffed around this year and showed signs of serious concern. It's not worth the risk with Burress. But, I could see him going to Lions, with Calvin Johnson being #1 and Burress being #2 WRs.
